China-site dossier requests are handled via WeChat rather than this web form.

Contact, enquiry, and exhibition dossier request records (and related CRM records) are retained for as long as applicable law permits for managing business relationships, responding to follow-up, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims — typically aligned with relevant limitation periods and any longer period required by a legal obligation. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent or object. Essential security logs are kept for a shorter operational period. Analytics data follows Google’s and our configured retention settings.
